ISAHAYA ELECTRONICS (IDC), are a Japanese manufacturer working closely with IGBT suppliers, including Mitsubishi Electric, in the development of products for use with power modules. The IDC products are predominantly hybrid IC’s for interfacing or providing power supplies for

• Gate drivers for IGBT modules
• Interface modules for Intelligent Power Modules (IPM)
• DC-DC converters and power supplies.

We bring together our expertise in circuit technology and packaging technology to design and develop semiconductor devices including Custom power units, Gate drivers, and DC-DC converters. These devices are widely used, for example, for industrial machinery (e.g., manufacturing equipment, automated production lines and various types of power supplies) and home appliances (e.g., air conditioners, refrigerators, and power supplies), and are now expanding their application to high-power and high-reliability products.
